App Craft Line is the data controller for this website. Correspondence address: Level 13, 76 Cheapside, London EC2V 6AX. Email: info@appcraftline.click. Telephone: +44 20 7946 3030.

What this site does not collect

This website does not include lead capture forms, contact forms, newsletter boxes, or quote request fields. We do not receive names, messages, or email addresses through a form submission on appcraftline.click. If you email or telephone us, ordinary correspondence records may exist on those channels, not because a web form posted your details.

Information that may be processed

  • Server logs. Hosting infrastructure may record IP address, browser type, date, and requested URL for security and availability.
  • Consent preference. If you accept or reject cookies, a brand-prefixed value may be stored in localStorage on your device (appcraftline_cookie_consent) so the banner does not repeat every page load.
  • Email and telephone. If you contact us, we process the content you send in order to reply about pricing notes or coverage.

We do not sell mailing lists. We do not run account registration on this site.

Purpose and lawful bases

Security logs are processed for legitimate interests in keeping the site usable. Correspondence is processed to take steps at your request before a possible written note, or for legitimate interests in answering a collector question. Cookie storage of a consent choice is processed on the basis of your action on the banner, as described in the Cookie Policy.

Retention

Hosting logs follow the host’s rotation, typically weeks rather than years unless an incident requires longer review. Email and call notes related to a commissioned briefing are kept for up to seven years for accounting and complaint handling, then deleted or archived as required. Consent flags remain on your device until you clear site data.

Your rights

If UK GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Because we do not run user accounts on the site, we may need you to write from the email address you used when you contacted us.

International transfers

If a host, font provider, or public image host processes data outside the United Kingdom, it does so as a third-party service. We choose providers that publish their own transfer documentation. We do not operate a mock API or lead-processing endpoint.

Cookies and third parties

See the Cookie Policy for names, purposes, and durations. Third parties may include the hosting company, Google Fonts if your browser requests typefaces, and public image CDNs when a page displays a photograph.

Children

The site is written for adult collectors. It is not directed at children.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. The heading date in your browser’s page metadata reflects publication in the site build.
