Refund Policy

App Craft Line does not sell downloadable comics, tokens, or app licences through this website. There is no checkout. This policy covers starting-price written overviews described on the rates page, if we later agree a fee by telephone or email.

If we have not started the note

If you cancel by email or phone before we begin reading public asks, we will not invoice. If an invoice was already issued in error, we will cancel it.

If work is underway

Floor briefings and variant notes are labour against a dated public tape. Once we have compiled listings, a refund is usually limited to the unused portion of a ledger (for example, lines we have not yet annotated). We will say what remains in writing.

If the public tape is empty

If we discover that a title has no usable public asks, we stop and do not charge a full briefing fee. A modest desk fee may still apply if hours were spent confirming the gap; we will agree that before continuing.

If you dislike the conclusion

Disagreement with a thin-book warning or with a wide asking band is not, by itself, a refund ground. The note is informational. It is not a promise that a Marvel NFT comic will realise a number.

What this policy does not cover

Third-party catalogues, including VeVe, have their own purchase and refund rules. Following “Get it from Veve” does not create a payment relationship with App Craft Line.
